What to Expect At Your Appointment

You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will assist you with the registration process.
Our specialist will then assess your wax blockage and decide the best method of removal for you.
Removal of the earwax via the appropriate method.
An assessment of your ear canal to ensure all wax is cleared and your canals and ear drum are healthy.
We charge £45 for one ear and £65 for both ears.

Home Visit Hearing Care Services Available

Whether you have difficulty getting out of the house due to mobility or are just tied up with a busy schedule, we are ready to work with you! We use state of the art equipment to perform at home hearing testing, hearing aid consultations, earwax removal and hearing aid fittings. It’s a home service that is truly centered on the customer.

Our prices for a home visit Ear wax removal is the same as in our clinic but with an additional call out fee of £40. So for example if you need wax removed from both ears it would be £65 + £40 call out charge.

Cant tell you how good these guys are.. service was spot on also accommodated me last minute.. where others had a much longer wait time for a booking! Micro-suction Ear Wax Removal

Ear cleaning by micro-suction is the safest method of earwax removal available. No mess, no fuss, just instant relief from the symptoms of ear wax blockage.

Why Microsuction?

Microsuction is a safe and comfortable method of earwax removal. No liquids are introduced during the procedure which is undertaken with a microscope and a finely balanced medical suction device.

The fact that we can clearly see the ear canal and what we are doing makes it exceptionally safe. with no liquids involved, it is especially comfortable for a Patient and it is usually undertaken in a few minutes.

Irrigation Earwax Removal

We also provide earwax removal with irrigation for people who are more comfortable with it. The procedure is a lot like ear syringing, but much safer.

We use a special Irrigation machine, which is commonly used in the medical setting. The irrigation solution is carefully warmed to body temperature, as dizziness can be a common side effect of ear washing or syringing with solutions that are colder or warmer than body temperature.

We use the irrigation machine to gently stream water into the ear. The procedure is simple, the water flows along the roof of the ear canal. The irrigation solution flows out of the canal along its floor taking wax and debris with it.

Manual Earwax Removal

Sometimes it is as easy as catching the wax with a manual tool such as a curette or a forceps. Often, we will undertake some sort of manual removal as part of irrigation, or microsuction ear wax removal.
