Hello, I had my hearing aids fitted this afternoon from natural hearing. I just wanted to say thank you ever so much. The agil pros are brilliant I have them on the custom package, saved over £1100 over another company I found online. I haven't stopped using them all day, I work from home but take calls all day I have them linked with the connectline system and everything is working fine... Time to call it a night thanks again especially to Peter, you did a great job explaining everything.

I have just been fitted by an excellent hearing aid audiologist of Natural Hearing, Mr Max Rahman, with a pair of Phonak Audeo IX Smart hearing instruments, for my mild to moderate binaural hearing loss, together with the iCom and the MyPilot. I am very pleased with the clarity and precison of sound which they provide. My first impressions are totally positive all round. The service provided by Mr Rahman from the initial tests to my final fitting has been impeccable from a professional point of view, courteous, friendly and clearly prepared to go to extra lengths to provide total customer satisfaction. Pricewise, Natural Hearing seem to be unbeatable.

Im Sapphire and I got fitted with a hearing aid about 3 weeks ago. It's really helped me at home and in the Office environment that I work in. My husband has definitely noticed the difference - he used to get annoyed at me for saying 'sorry' all the time and always asked me to put the volume of the TV down. At work I really feel like I can join in with all the conversations, and people don't even notice my hearing aid its so discreet. I was really self conscious for the first week or so but after that I realised people don't even notice it I started to feel really comfortable with it.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great advice you have given me. I haven't bought any hearing aids yet but after speaking to your customer advisors I feel confident I will choose Natural Hearing in the future.
